Knowledge becomes more valuable with experience. In Life science, Research and management sector its role becomes more vital rather than others. The college time when students learn about various technology and equipment, they only become familiar with the characteristics of the equipment, their user and manual guide i.e., how to operate, what type of problems may occur while working, what are their remedies? When students come to their industrial training it become a new start, when they work in real conditions and environment. Practical life is different from theoretical life. Now they face real problems and their motto become maximum production in minimum time. This type of attitude makes them more efficient. While the training if any type of problems occurs, they try to learn how to overcome these with the help of their technicians. They learn how to make the moral values always high between this time among their people. It also helps them in creating their self confidence. In our view, self confidence is a great achievement which we got during our industrial training. We motivated towards our future. It taught us unity, self belief, patience, motivation and courage.

ON – JOB TRAINING

Professional courses start after the completion of schooling. Engineering, Research, Management etc comes under these professional courses. The respective colleges provide good theoretical skill but when it comes on actual professional knowledge it generally fails. On-Job training is one of the best solution for these problems. Most of the Biotechnology / engineering colleges have it is compulsory to do On-Job training. In this era, On-Job training playing a vital role in education. Few years ago it was easy to get job in esteemed company on basis of theoretical knowledge. But now in this competitive environment it is not easy to take a job without experience. A company will always want to take an experienced one for company profit point of view. On-Job training helps to extract submissiveness from students. Theoretical knowledge tells about the procedure of working but On-Job training tells actually how to do and what type of problems can an employee face. What precaution should be taken and how to handle the problems is learnt from the On-Job training.  During On-Job training they get to understand the risky conditions in which workers work, the people management challenges involved in managing workers apart from getting hands-on technical knowledge.
